Areas of Intervention

Environmental Protection and Climate Change Adaptation

Our comprehensive approach to environmental conservation involves extensive sensitization and training programs, addressing crucial aspects such as basin watershed protection, agroforestry practices, fruit production, natural resource management, and rainwater harvesting. Furthermore, we actively engage with secondary school students by establishing environmental clubs that emphasize environmental protection and climate change adaptation, fostering awareness and knowledge among the younger generation.

In preparation for climate change mitigation, we establish nurseries and tree plantations across various locations. These efforts are strengthened by dedicated technical assistance and knowledge-sharing initiatives, emphasizing our commitment to supporting and enhancing environmental protection endeavors.

Research in Environment and Climate Change

We’re taking big steps to understand and tackle environmental challenges. One way is by setting up a research and training center focused on environmental technologies and adapting to climate change. We also assess the impact our actions have on the environment through environmental impact assessments (EIA). To share what we learn, we’re creating a website and an environmental newspaper. Our goal is to help institutions that are working hard to protect the environment and deal with climate change by offering practical assistance based on our research findings. This way, we contribute to building a more sustainable and informed future.

Carbon Dioxide Reduction and Bamboo Sector Promotion

We’re actively engaging in efforts to reduce carbon dioxide emissions through various means. We advocate for and provide assistance to projects and industries dedicated to reducing carbon dioxide.

Simultaneously, our commitment extends to bamboo-related initiatives, involving research on productivity and adaptability, training in bamboo transformation and production, and the establishment of bamboo nurseries in local communities.

To ensure the success of these endeavors, we offer technical assistance throughout the bamboo production process, from cultivation to transformation and marketing. Through these combined efforts, we strive to make a positive impact on both environmental conservation and sustainable community development.

Participation in Carbon Market and Landscape restoration

We’re actively training communities on carbon markets, encouraging tree planting and helping local communities in those activities, and advocating for their participation. Our focus extends to empowering farmers through training in smart agriculture, modern farming, agroforestry, and organic farming to enhance productivity and address food security concerns. Through these efforts, we aim to foster sustainable practices for both environmental and agricultural well-being.

Livelihood and food security through Sustainable Agriculture

We help local communities thrive by teaching farmers smart and modern ways of growing crops, emphasizing organic methods. Through hands-on training and support, we’re boosting agricultural productivity, ensuring there’s enough food for everyone, and taking care of the environment. Our goal is to make sure that farming practices not only improve people’s lives but also protect the land for future generations.

Support to Community Organizations, SMEs, and Industries

We provide SMEs and industries with vital support through sensitization, training, and assistance in environmental protection, resource management, waste treatment, and environmental impact assessments. We aim to enhance their practices, ensuring a more sustainable and responsible approach to business operations.

Valorization of Forest Products and Integration of Women and Youth:

We’re committed to promoting the sustainable use of forest resources by offering training and technical assistance for the valorization of forest products. Simultaneously, we advocate for increased participation of women and youth in environmental protection activities. Through training and support, we strive to create inclusive and empowered communities that actively contribute to the preservation of our natural environment.
